What is Posture Therapy?

We use corrective exercises to eliminate musculoskeletal imbalances and create a more functional and pain free body.

How is it unique?

  1. We look at the whole body as a connected unit, not just the site of your symptoms, allowing us to work on the root causes of your pain.
  2. We teach you sustainable tools that allow you to create a lasting change to your chronic issues.

What is the difference between posture therapy and physical therapy?

Posture therapy and physical therapy serve distinct purposes, although they can overlap in some cases. Posture therapy primarily focuses on correcting postural imbalances and alignment issues to alleviate pain and improve overall well-being. It often involves exercises, stretches, and ergonomic adjustments to address poor posture habits and restore proper alignment.

On the other hand, physical therapy encompasses a broader range of treatments aimed at rehabilitating injuries, reducing pain, and restoring mobility and function. While posture therapy may be a component of physical therapy, physical therapists also employ modalities such as manual therapy, strength training, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to address a variety of musculoskeletal issues beyond posture alone.

Pain is not something to be feared; it is something to be understood. The only product that's worth investing in is a fully functional musculoskeletal system. It's no luxury but rather a basic necessity that's within everyone's reach.”
